show credits per track, instead of just per album planned

for multiple-composers albums (example: metal gear solid 3, final fantasy x) i think it should be specified wich track is composed by wich author. It's a must be for me! ^^U

Add 30 seconds track samples for albums

It would be great to be able to listen to excerpts from albums you don't have but would like to have a short listen to - to see if it's what you really want to buy. 30 seconds clips are legal, and while it consumes some web space and bandwidth, it would also be a great addition to listen through ... more

    User's ratings started

Create a page that allows one to see every album a user rated, and the score they gave it. If a user accesses their own user's ratings page, they should be able to modify the ratings of each album from that single page.

Field for album "origin" / "region"

Hey all, fantastic site for starters ;)
Just thought of a rather small enhancment: a field for the "Origin" of the album (or Region it was released in).
    Exemple: http://vgmdb.net/album/11841

provide new ways to submit collections

For me, it's sometimes easier to just generate a list of catalog numbers from albums. Searching through my collection to see which ones are new and which ones aren't is tedious; perhaps just a checkbox that allows a comparison of the list to my current collection to remove duplicates?

provide a way to view submission statistics

It would be neat if you could view who submits material and edits. Maybe a breakdown by type of submission (album, tracklist, art, edits) could go in their profile or you could browse through people by stat?

"reprised by" for the albums they aren't involved in

In almost every composer's discography, the albums where they actually were not involved but still get the 'composer' credit because of one or two reprised or arranged tracks being there tend to dominate not small spaces. Complete coverage is absolute, but it can potentially lead to redundancy.

Add a drop-down box next to the main search like Discogs

Add a drop-down box with more specific criteria next to the main search like Discogs. The drop-down box can contain many of the search options in the advanced search page. It's more convenient and quicker to search that way.
